Printed copies will be distributed to all guests at the event.

Ad Journal Specifications
The Ad Journal is 8.5″x11″. covers and inside covers may bleed. There is no bleed on internal pages–art should be no larger than 8″x10″. Submit digital artowrk at 100% of ad size. Adobe Illustrator, EPS, press ready PDF’s and Photoshop files are also accepted. Embed images used in ad and convert text to paths. Files can be submitted on CD or emailed to larchibald@evergreenexchange.org. All artwork used in ads should be 300 dpi resolution at 100% or smaller. No enlargements. Dimensions:

Full page 8 “(wide) x 10″ (high)
Half page 8″ (wide) x 5″ (high)
Quarter page 4″ (wide) x 5” (high)

 

TAX INFORMATION
All donations to Evergreen are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
Our Tax ID number is 11-2647339.  The non-deductible portion of each ticket is $60.
