500 Stagg Street

On October 16, 2019, Evergreen successfully closed on the purchase of 500 Stagg Street in Brooklyn, its fifth building. The property is a 10,000-square-foot warehouse that will be renovated into a multi-tenant manufacturing facility for three small businesses. North Brooklyn Brownfield Opportunity Area Plan (BOA)

Evergreen has completed a Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Plan, a community-driven planning process to determine neighborhood priorities and identify several key strategic sites for redevelopment that will have the potential to stimulate further investment in the area. We also made recommendations on policies and redevelopment strategies that could make industrial uses more feasible and profitable in the community. Community participation was a key element, thanks to all who participated.
