A Design/Fabrication Network Event: Small Business Finance Essentials for Design/Fabrication Businesses
A Six-Session Seminar beginning on October 18, 2018
FREE! But you have to apply.
Need a jump start to getting a handle on the financial health of your business? Even if you mostly leave the numbers to your accountant or bookkeeper- every business owner should be fluent in the language of finance, know where your business stands and be responsible for steering the ship in the right financial direction. Not confident that you are quite there? You’re not alone and, we can help!
Our team from Skopos will lead a six-part course with the goal of helping businesses tell their own financial story and craft growth strategies with good financial data.
Please find, here, the application for the six-week Small Business Finance Essentials for Design/Fabrication Businesses seminar beginning October 18th. Full syllabus and facilitator bios are available here.
The course is geared towards companies that have moved past the start-up phase. It is strongly suggested that your books be in order and decipherable (at least to you) to get the most out of this seminar. An understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts and willingness to put in the work is a plus. Please let me know if you have any questions about the course’s suitability for your business.
Participation is free, but seats are limited, so admission is competitive. To apply, please complete the application no later than September 28, 2018 (All applications received by EOD 9/28 will be prioritized, but applications will be accepted through the grace period ending Tuesday 10/2).
Feel free to contact Natalie Vichnevsky with any questions.
This seminar is made possible by the generous support of the Workforce Development Institute (WDI).
