Adaptable Growth Seminar Series – COVID-19: Looking Back, Looking Forward

A free five-session seminar beginning on June 24, 2021

What just happened?! The last year has been an intense and bewildering time for everyone. Whether your business has suffered due to the pandemic or was able to grow despite or because of it, there is a lot to unpack.

As we begin to see a light at the end of the pandemic tunnel, please join Evergreen and Holly Howard, founder of the small business consultancy ‘Ask Holly How,’ for this five-week seminar to see what we’ve learned! The series will help business owners to reflect on what they experienced over the last year during the pandemic and how to use those insights to grow in the coming years.

Learning Objectives:

● To create a space to formally reflect on the pandemic and all of the changes of the last year (including: more awareness about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at work, Apple’s Privacy changes, receiving government funding to improve your cash position, and shifting consumer habits).

● To formally analyze what worked and what didn’t work as a company did or didn’t pivot during the changes of the last year.

● To identify opportunities for growth in the new economy.

This series is appropriate for business owners that were operational pre-pandemic and that continued to operate throughout the pandemic (save-for the mandatory shutdowns). This is relevant for solo-entrepreneurs as well. The course is intended for business owners or key decision makers that have the capacity to reflect on and affect this aspect of the business. Participants should expect to spend at least 1-2 hours per week outside of class working on additional homework.

The course is free but spots are limited. All classes will take place on Zoom but the class will be interactive and attendees will be expected to actively participate. The application can be found here. Applications are due by June 11, 2021.

Full details and instructor bio can be found here.
