SUMMARY:Evergreen's Real Estate\, Incentive & Legal Assistance Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Please join Evergreen at our upcoming workshop on real estate\, incentives\, and legal assistance on April 10th. We will have experts from Terra CRG Real Estate\, Juanita Pair from the NYC Department of Small Business Services\, Incentives Unit\, and Daquan Patterson\, NYC Department of Small Business Services\, Commercial Lease Assistance program. \nOur real estate presenters will provide an overview of general topics like the state of the industrial market\, how to work with a broker\, negotiating with a landlord\, tips on searching for property and marketing it\, and other things to consider when it comes to signing a lease or making a sale. The SBS Incentives Unit will provide a look at tax abatements and energy incentives businesses may be eligible to apply for when relocating\, renovating\, and performing leasehold improvements. Lastly\, the representative from SBS Commercial Lease Assistance Program will be on hand to outline the free legal services that are available through the city’s Commercial Lease Assistance Program and who can qualify for them.
