DESCRIPTION:Join the Evergreen team next Thursday\, March 21 to learn more about NYC’s City of Yes (COY) – Zoning for Economic Opportunity (ZEO) plan at our very first “Briefing and Brews” event!  We’ll make a brief presentation about the City of Yes plan and discuss how we believe it might affect businesses in North Brooklyn and throughout industrial NYC. Pizza\, beer and wine is on us! \nCOY ZEO is a suite of significant updates to New York City’s zoning code\, and several of its key proposals are focused on manufacturing districts. The legislation is nearing the end of the ULURP process\, with a vote before the NYC City Council expected next month.
