Hale and Hearty Soups is back, now owned by CIA-trained Chef Marty Levin, who kept much of the longtime team, including Chef Ruperto Hernandez. From its East Williamsburg facility, it makes 100% natural, halal-certified soups—including fan favorites like Chicken Noodle and New England Clam Chowder—plus vegan options. It’s sold nationwide and has returned to retail with a Chelsea shop and a walk-up window in Brooklyn.
