Leasing Now, Tours Available – Evergreen’s New Building at 500 Stagg Street
Evergreen is thrilled to report that construction on our newest building and first-ever multi-tenant manufacturing facility at 500 Stagg Street is done. We will be leasing three spaces with a shared loading dock for all.

Size of Units: Approximately 2040 sq ft for Space A (in final negotiations), 3160 sq ft for Space B, 3083 sq ft for Space C. Each unit has some additional storage space as well. Ceiling height approximately 17.5 ft. Each tenant will be charged for a proportional share of the common loading area. Rent will be capped as such that they will always be at least 20% below market value.
Each unit will have its own electrical meter and gas heating units (60,000 BTU for A, 120,000 BTU for B & C). Each unit will also have its own bathroom, slop sink, and moveable bike rack.
The building has been renovated to vanilla box state with all new fixtures, a brand new concrete slab floor throughout, upgraded roof and utilities, new demising walls and insulation, refurbished masonry, and ADA compliance.
The nearest subway location is the Jefferson Street L train stop.
To be selected, tenants businesses must:
- Be in the manufacturing NAICS codes
- Complete an annual report of jobs and wages for all employees
- Have a minimum of one full time or full-time job equivalent per 1,000 sq ft required
All things being equal, Evergreen will select the businesses that can present the most robust hiring plans to ensure the highest levels of job density in the building possible. Term sheets and sample leases will be available soon with more information.
