NYC Manufacturers Fear Losing Lifeline as Budget Cut Imperils Industrial Business Support

As we’ve shared before, New York City is cutting approximately $1 million from industrial support programs, replacing nine local organizations with a single contractor. Evergreen is one of the nine organizations being defunded.

The funding cut directly diminishes our ability to provide critical services to local manufacturers. Business owners across the city are voicing their concerns that this centralization will reduce specialized assistance for manufacturers. For more details, visit The City Reporter.
