In this remote session, Rania will provide an overview of Senate Bill S2518A a new NYS law that will be effective in March that will affect social media and privacy in the workplace as well as the Corporate Transparency Act which will require a new filing for all companies due later this year.

About the speaker:
Rania Sedhom is currently a Managing Partner of her own law firm, Sedhom Law Group. She also serves as a Member of the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee, ABCNY, and a member of the Employment Law Section of the ABA. She is an attorney who provides practical and efficient solutions to complex problems and also provides business advisory services to her clients.
