You asked, we listened! Over many years of providing business acumen classes to owners and staff of small businesses in our industrial community, one pain point has continually arisen. This is the issue of implementation. Participants invest the time and effort into the course but then after the class is over, do not have the structure or bandwidth to implement what they have learned. To help participants in our upcoming Break-Even Extravaganza! Seminar overcome this obstacle, we are providing three 90-minute installments of one-on-one ‘strategy session’ assistance to each participating business in parallel with the classwork. This valuable time is designed to make the lessons actionable for your business and see you follow through!

Break-even analysis is a key decision-making framework used by business owners and managers to analyze profitability, set sales goals, and control costs. It is often done to evaluate how practical a business idea, investment, new hire, or other growth initiative is, and whether or not it is worth pursuing. Join Evergreen and Elli Papadopoulos of Skopos Collective for this five-session seminar, augmented by one-on-one strategy sessions, and learn to apply break-even analysis to your business decisions. Minimize the stress of managing your finances by taking the guesswork out of the equation!

In this five-class series, you’ll develop the confidence to make numbers-based decisions that maximize the effectiveness and profitability of your business. You already have your numbers—you just need the right approach and tools to help analyze them.

The course is free but spots are limited. This seminar is both an online and in-person course- with in-person sessions taking place at the Evergreen offices at 2 Kingsland Ave. In both environments, the class will be interactive and attendees will be expected to participate.

In addition, this seminar includes three 90-minute one-on-one strategy sessions (via Zoom) to work through the class materials in a private setting and apply the Break Even framework to a business scenario of your choosing, the findings of which you will share with your peers!
