Please join Evergreen on Wednesday, July 19th from 12PM to 1PM on Zoom for an HR Q&A Lunch and Learn with Attorney Rania V. Sedhom of Sedhom Law Group, PLLC. In this remote session, Rania will provide an overview of the current New York requirements after the NYS Department of Labor issued updates to the Model Sexual Harassment Policy earlier this year and then take your questions on this and other HR topics.
Participants can ask any type of HR-related legal question. But, keep in mind Rania may not be able to answer all questions presented. Questions that may serve a broader audience will be prioritized. You can also submit a question in advance during registration.
About the speaker:
Rania Sedhom is currently a Managing Partner of her own law firm, Sedhom Law Group. She also serves as a Member of the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee, ABCNY, and a member of the Employment Law Section of the ABA. She is an attorney who provides practical and efficient solutions to complex problems and also provides business advisory services to her clients. Rania understands that laws affect business and without a deep understanding of business, legal advice is lacking. Her philosophy is to use law and regulations to help clients achieve goals.
