Our real estate presenter will provide an overview of general topics like the state of the industrial market, how to work with a broker, negotiating with a landlord, tips on searching for property and marketing it, and other things to consider when it comes to signing a lease or making a sale. The SBS Incentives Unit will provide a look at tax abatements and energy incentives businesses may be eligible to apply for when relocating, renovating, and performing leasehold improvements. The session will close with a Q&A, so come with questions!
