Get Savvy with QuickBooks Online… and make QBO work for your business!

July 8 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

An Evergreen Seminar Series with One-on-One Strategy Sessions
Starting June 3, 2025
Virtual Orientation May 27th

Integrating proper technology is an inherent part of having a modern business. It can be overwhelming when you don’t know where to start! If you’ve been looking for ways to leverage more advanced capabilities with Quickbooks Online that could streamline operations and provide deeper insights, then join us and Skopos Collective for this Evergreen Seminar Series – Get Savvy with QuickBooks Online.

While QBO offers a robust suite of accounting tools, many small business users simply focus on basic functions like invoicing and expense tracking, neglecting the advanced capabilities that could streamline operations and provide deeper insights.

Over four classes and two one-on-one strategy sessions with Skopos Collective, we’ll assess your pain points in working with QBO and identify a core project (or two) to make QBO work better for you. You just need to come prepared with recurring bottlenecks and challenges in your financial system that are hindering your productivity!

The best part of this series is that you’ll be among other business owners. Together, we’ll learn from each other’s real business challenges and solutions in four core areas:

  1. Management of Receivables and Payables

  2. Software Integrations to improve data entry and accuracy

  3. Reporting and Projections in QBO.

  4. Documenting tailored workflows with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

This series combines classes with one-on-one expert advice for participants to continue the work they began in class. These strategy sessions are an opportunity to talk through questions and receive tailored answers in a private and confidential setting. Each participant will receive two hours (two 60-minute sessions) with Skopos Collective to get assistance applying the class concepts to your unique business model.
The course is free but spots are limited. This seminar is primarily an in-person course with sessions taking place at the Evergreen offices at 2 Kingsland Ave. One-on-one sessions and the final wrap-up class will be virtual. Note: in-person classes are not hybrid. In both environments, the class will be interactive and attendees will be expected to participate.
