There is a unit available at our 500 Stagg Street property. Unit 1 is approximately 2040 sq ft with additional mezzanine space. The ceiling height is approximately 17.5 ft. Rent will be capped at least 20% below market value for the duration of the lease. The tenant will be charged for a proportional share of the common loading area and pay for their own utilities.

The unit has its own electrical meter and gas heating unit, bathroom, slop sink, and moveable bike rack. The building was renovated in 2022 and is ADA-compliant. The nearest subway location is the Jefferson Street L train stop.

To be selected, the tenant business must: 

  • Be in the manufacturing NAICS codes 
  • Complete an annual report of jobs and wages for all employees 
  • Have a minimum of one full-time or full-time job equivalent per 1,000 sq ft occupied

All things being equal, Evergreen will select the business that can present the most robust hiring plans to ensure the highest levels of job density in the building possible.
