Evergreen Business Engagement Survey 2025
Every summer, Evergreen conducts a survey of the businesses in the Industrial Business Zones and beyond. The responses you provide help us better understand the changing needs of our industrial business community and assist us in providing services to help industrial businesses operate, grow, and expand in North Brooklyn. The data is also essential for us to quantify the impact our businesses have on the local economy and the role our services play in shaping that impact. With such information, our advocacy on behalf of the industrial community only becomes sharper and more effective. Your information will not be shared publicly.
Founded in 1982, Evergreen is a local development corporation that works to help businesses grow to retain, and create high-quality working-class jobs in our community. We can help you in a variety of ways, from obtaining financing to finding real estate and from navigating local government agencies to our educational offerings. All of our services are FREE. Ways you can complete the survey:
- Evergreen’s summer interns, Alex and James, will be visiting your business. If you have time, please fill out the survey with them. This gives us an opportunity to listen to additional needs that may not be covered in the survey.
- If you do not have time when staff visits or want to proactively set something up, we can schedule an appointment for when it is more convenient for you to fill out the survey, either at your place of business or over the telephone.
- If you prefer, you can fill out the survey online.
Please complete the survey with as much detail as possible. It should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.
We will enter the respondent of each completed survey into a raffle that will be drawn at the end of the summer. The prize will be a $200 gift card to Barano. Alex Jacobson and James Banks will be making a survey report and present it at an interactive Briefing and Brews event to be scheduled in late August.
