NYC Industrial Plan Next Steps

A draft version of the NYC Industrial Plan was released a few weeks ago. Local Law 172 of 2023, which required this plan to be written, also requires it to be finalized by December 31, 2025. Given this short time frame, we’ve created a feedback form so we can get your unvarnished thoughts on the plan. Our form is here. We will incorporate what you tell us into a statement we will develop in advance of Dept. of City Planning’s Town Hall events on the plan, and use for other testimony and advocacy as needed.

The Town Hall for Brooklyn is on October 16, 2025 at 6:30 PM at St. Francis College – 179 Livingston Street, 5th Floor, Brooklyn, NY 11201. We encourage you to attend to share your feedback directly with DCP. You can also do that by filling out their own form here.
